I loved it. So many things about the BNB series exceeded my
expectations. The instructors were excellent—each of them
willing to share their own unique approach to yoga. I found
Verge to be a safe refuge for personal
rejuvenation—non-judgmental, accepting and respectful. Things
that would make for a better world, wherever we were…-

I loved the BNB series. I work as an art therapist in a
children’s hospital, which can be very emotionally draining.
I realized how much I needed this time for myself and to be
in the here and now (not worrying).
I really appreciated that Emily took the time to know our
names and to really make sure we were doing the poses
correctly. I have taken yoga before, but at time I wondered
if I was doing things correctly. In the BNB class it was an
open learning environment and it was okay to ask questions.
