Our center is open to anyone interested in learning to live a life of deeper presence, awareness and compassion. Our study program draws upon and preserves the integrity of thousands of years of Buddhist teachings on mindfulness, insight into the nature of reality, unbiased compassion, and sacred visualization. Following a non-sectarian approach to spirituality, teachers engage students with a range of interactive techniques and opportunities for insights from both Buddhism and contemporary western psychology. One does not have to consider oneself a Buddhist to participate in our programs since many of the teachings and practices presented may benefit anyone regardless of spiritual orientation and can be used to support one's faith of origin.
